Introduction: Every empire, every civilization, and every world order carries within it the seeds of its rise and its ruin. The rulers turned slaves and the slaves turned rulers. A scene so familiar to audience that its too often forgotten. The stage of the world is once again set. The dawn of a new era has begun. The change and transfer of world order and dominion once again is set in motion. New rulers new nations but the same story. The Qur’an does not treat history as a random accident; it presents it as a moral ecology, governed by divine law ( sunnatullah ). N ations ascend when they nurture justice, knowledge, and discipline. They decline when they institutionalize arrogance, corruption, and oppression.
